Personal data policy

01General

This policy explains which personal data the website provinci4l.com (the “website”) processes, why and how. It follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006.

The operator (data controller) is an individual, Artem Olegovich Pasko, taxpayer ID (INN) 292500655210 (the “operator”). For any question about personal data, write to hi@provinci4l.com.

When sending an order request, a visitor separately gives their consent to the processing of personal data.

02What data is processed

Details a visitor enters in the order form: their name or how to address them; a contact — Telegram username, phone number or email address; the shipping city and a comment, if given.

Details of the request: the chosen item, size and quantity, request number, date and time, website language, the page it was sent from and where the visitor came from (for example, a link in Telegram).

The website does not ask for bank card details, passport data or any special categories of personal data.

03Why

To handle an order request: contact the visitor, confirm availability, size and price, and arrange payment and delivery.

To perform the sale and meet legal requirements, such as tax accounting.

The data is not used for advertising or newsletters without separate consent.

04Legal basis

The data subject’s consent (Article 6(1)(1) of Law No. 152-FZ) and the conclusion and performance of a contract to which they are a party (Article 6(1)(5)).

05How the data is handled

The operator collects, records, organises, accumulates, stores, updates, retrieves, uses, transfers, erases and destroys the data, with and without automated means.

Personal data of Russian citizens is recorded, organised, accumulated, stored, updated and retrieved in databases on Russian hosting, within the Russian Federation.

Data is passed on only when an order needs it — to the delivery service agreed with the buyer: name, phone and delivery address — or when the law requires it.

Request data is kept for no longer than 60 days from submission or until consent is withdrawn. It is then destroyed unless a different retention period is required to perform the contract or meet legal requirements.

06Cookies and third-party services

The website uses Yandex Metrica (tag No. 114071831), including Session Replay, click maps and link tracking, to analyse traffic and improve the website. The service may use cookies and receive technical information: IP address, browser and device details, visited page URLs, referral sources and actions on the website.

The order form’s contents, including name, contact, city and comment, are excluded from Session Replay recording. The website does not send order form fields as Metrica event parameters.

The website also saves its settings in the visitor’s browser: the chosen language and a note that the intro has been shown. These settings cannot identify anyone and are never sent to the operator.

To show the weather in Klyuchi, the website requests a forecast from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute (api.met.no). Like any website, the service sees the device’s IP address in that request. The operator never receives or stores it.

07Your rights

You may ask what data is processed about you; have it corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or processed unlawfully; withdraw your consent; and appeal the operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or a court.

To do so, write to hi@provinci4l.com. The operator replies within 10 working days.

08Security

The operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect the data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction: the website runs over HTTPS, and only the operator can access requests.

09Changes

The operator may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with its date at the top.
