Consent to the processing of personal data
This is a translation for convenience. If it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version applies.
By sending a request on provinci4l.com and ticking the consent box, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give the individual Artem Olegovich Pasko, taxpayer ID (INN) 292500655210 (the “operator”), my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
01Purpose
Handling my order request: contacting me, confirming the order, arranging payment and delivery, and performing the sale.
02Data
Name; contact (Telegram username, phone number or email address); shipping city and comment, if I gave them; details of the request: item, size, quantity, number, date and time, website language, page and referral source.
03What may be done with the data
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to the delivery service to fulfil the order, erasure and destruction — with and without automated means.
04Term
The consent is valid for 60 days from sending the request or until I withdraw it.
05Withdrawal
I can withdraw this consent by writing to hi@provinci4l.com. The operator then stops processing and destroys my data within 30 days unless further retention is required to perform the contract or meet legal requirements.
